Viña Puntí Ferrer produces private label and OEM wine in Chile: you bring the brand, we make, bottle and export the wine from our winery in Santa Amalia, Rengo (Cachapoal Valley, D.O. Rapel), with minimum orders starting at one pallet. We are a family winery of Catalan origin that exports bottled and bulk wine to more than 20 markets on five continents, and we have run OEM projects in China for 15 years.

This page explains how our private label programme is organised: the five quality tiers, the minimum per project, what packaging is included at each tier and how shipping works.

Five tiers, from 4 pallets to 1 pallet

The minimum order (MOQ) depends on the tier. The higher the tier, the smaller the minimum, because the wine comes from more specific origins and is produced in smaller lots. The standard format is 750 ml; other formats, such as 375 ml, on request.

What packaging is included at each tier

Each tier comes with a defined packaging specification, so you know from the start what the finished bottle looks like.

• Entry: Bordeaux bottle (green or flint), Diam Classic closure or screw cap, PVC or Saranex capsule, standard label papers and up to one foil.
• Varietal: low conical Bordeaux bottle, Diam Brio or screw cap, Complex capsule, standard papers and one or two foils.
• Reserva: low conical Bordeaux or Burgundy bottle, Diam 2 closure, Complex capsule, one or two foils plus screen printing with one effect.
• Gran Reserva: heavier Bordeaux (amber) or Burgundy bottle, Diam 3 closure, special label paper, two foils, screen printing and embossing.
• Premium: amber premium bottle, Diam 5 closure, wax capsule, special paper, two foils, screen printing and embossing.

Label design and your brand

The brand is yours. We adapt your artwork to the bottle format and to the labelling requirements of the destination market, which vary by country. If you need design from scratch, ask us when you send your enquiry.

Shipping and Incoterms

We sell FOB Chilean port or Ex Works. Because we also ship bulk wine, we can combine programmes: some buyers bottle under their own brand with us and take bulk for their own bottling line at destination. See bulk wine from Chile for that side of the business.

What this means for a buyer building a Chilean own-brand wine

A private label project fails less often when three things are clear from the beginning: the tier (which fixes origin and packaging), the minimum you can commit to, and the market where the wine will be sold. Start from the market and the price point of your shelf, choose the tier that matches, and we confirm the details.
